The Son of Thunder Fitness - Mobile Strength Training Studio - SOLD!

Note: The Mobile Strength Training Studio has been closed and sold - it no longer serves Wise County.

The STF MSTS (thought you needed another acronym) has been outfitted with top quality strength training equipment and is ready to roll. The studio is a reconditioned 1984 MCI MC-9 Crusader II bus which allows the trainer to come to your neighborhood (as long as there is a paved, level place to park the bus) or other convenient location. See the pictures below for what was, is and will be.

The goal with this studio is to help clients improve strength and muscularity so that everyday life becomes easier and more enjoyable. (See our article about why building muscle is so important for median and older adults.)
