Business Opportunity:

The MCI MC-9 Mobile Studio platform provides a private environment for training individuals or small teams on-board while providing the flexibility to also support large group outdoor training. Because it is registered as a passenger vehicle, the studio can be parked on any reasonably level, paved surface out of the flow of traffic.  This allows the trainer(s) to take private, personal training to individuals or small groups in their own neighborhood, to businesses where multiple employees can be trained at a time, or to parks, retreats, or boot camp settings to train large groups of people.  Because the MCI MC-9 is designed for virtual 24/7 use, multiple trainers can time-share the studio.

On-board training:  The Mobile Studio can support multiple personal trainers working with clients either in a time share mode (e.g. morning and evening shifts) or in team training mode.  Though currently configured for strength training, the open and efficient layout of the studio allows flexibility in training strategies.  The split installation of the Inspire FT1 Functional Trainer at the front and two benches (one provided with studio) plus Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells allows for circuit strength training of up to four people.  For example, Four station arms workout might include one side of the FT1 configured for triceps cable push downs, the other side configured for cable biceps curls, one bench configured for one-arm preacher curls, and the other configured for bent over triceps kickbacks.

Suspension Training: The luggage bin hangers have been reconfigured as suspension training attach points which bolt into the frame of the bus.  While the full weight capacity has not been tested, I've used it with >180 lbs with no problem. 

Outdoor Training: For trainers who like to take the workout outside, the storage bins on the bus provide about 280 cubic feet of storage space (about 2 1/2 long bed pickup loads). This provides ample storage for a park full of training equipment. This will support youth or adult large group training, retreats, boot camps, etc.

What needs to be done:

• The factory supplied 90,000 BTU Carrier air conditioning system has a refrigerant leak.  The system is still intact and works great when full of refrigerant. If you wish to use the factory air to supplement the rooftop A/C units the leak will need to be fixed.

	All eight tires are in excellent shape and have lots of tread remaining. Spare is in good shape as well.
	Massive amounts of storage in the Luggage Bays. Two bays are empty. Right 40% of front bay contains electrical systems. Left 60% of front bay is empty. Total capacity similar to that of 5 standard bed pickups. Bays are approximately 88" side to side, 60" front to back, and 36" bottom to top.  Each bay is 110 cubic feet of storage.  Available space in the front bay is about 50 cubic feet for a total of 270 cubic feet of storage.

	The original lavatory - sink works. There is no flush mechanism on the toilet - it is like a porta-potty. Towel dispenser and foam soap dispensers on the wall to the right of the sink are fully stocked.
	The cardio area at the back of the bus has room for two rowing machines or floor mats, etc.  It is also home to one of two rooftop mounted 15,000 BTU air conditioners.  Some of the windows are covered with thermally reflective insulation to reduce heat in the bus and to provide more privacy. The luggage rack hangers have been modified to accommodate suspension training straps or resistance bands, etc.   The indirect lighting is 24 volts.  This could be replaced with 24 volt LED tape lights.
